Do you want to be a good leader?

Simon Sinek: Why good leaders make you feel safe

Simon Sinek explores how ‘good’ leaders emerge and foster an organisational culture of commitment and cooperation. It is within the right environment that we all have the capacity to do remarkable things.

He goes on to examine the relationship between the feeling of trust and security good leaders create and how this fosters the very environment that success emerges within. This success inducing milieu causes organisation members to naturally combine talents and utilise strengths to work together towards group aligned end goals.

Leadership is a choice not a rank, and by being that leader who takes the risk first loyalty will be created.
